Your new employees may be eligible for assistance with training, uniform or PPE
The Tasmanian State Government through Jobs Tasmania are supporting Tasmanian job-seekers gain the essential tools they require to be work-ready on day one of a new role.
This funding support could be utilised to procure items such as White Card, Working With Vulnerable People or other industry tickets, clothing required for a work-based setting, Personal Protective Equipment for work in a manual environment, training and up-skilling courses such as First Aid or tooling for job-based apprentices or trainees.
The Job Ready Fund will provide financial assistance of up to $750 per applicant to assist and remove the financial barriers the new employee may encounter when entering the workforce or for the established worker looking to further develop their career.
